Classroom-style open training: body language and conversation psychology (Dutch)

In all sales training courses, attention is paid to what to say and how to say it. The Train ’n Gain sales training is no exception to that. However, there are other aspects that may have much more impact on the result of the conversation. This has to do with your body language and the applied conversation psychology: choosing the right conversational level.
In this classroom-style open training, you will learn how to use these two, often underexposed, elements to achieve better results.
Among others, we will discuss the following topics:
- Why is your body language so important?
- What signals do you and your conversation partner subconsciously broadcast and what can you do with them?
- How can you use your body language to support your story?
- What is conversation psychology and how can you apply this in very difficult situations, that seem hopeless?
Salespeople from various companies participate in this open classroom training. By doing so, company blindness is prevented. Sparring with peers is considered a very valuable aspect of these training courses. At the end of this interactive training, you’ll get related exercises, videos and theory in the training app and can start practising immediately! This will help you to better retain the techniques and concepts and apply them automatically in real-life situations. Of course, you also participate in the monthly sales challenge.
